  • 1 Check your inbox for a short pre-session questionnaire. Please fill it in before our session — it helps me come fully prepared so we don't waste a single minute of your time.
  • 2 You will also receive the Zoom link for your session by email. If you don't see it in your Inbox within a few minutes, please check your Spam folder.
  • 3 Please be ready 2-3 minutes before the scheduled time. Have paper, a pen and a glass of water nearby — you'll want to take notes.

Find a quiet, private space where you can speak openly without being interrupted. Camera is optional — what matters most is that you feel safe enough to be honest.

⚠ Cancellation & rescheduling policy

Once purchased, this session cannot be refunded or cancelled. However, you may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours or no-shows are considered a used session. To reschedule, reply to your confirmation email or message me on WhatsApp.
